Výkon a praktičnost pro řízení strojů
Moderní řízení strojů vyžaduje synchronizaci pohybu os na systémové úrovni s přesností v řádu mikrosekund. Systém NX I/O tuto přesnost časování a opakovatelnost pro širokou řadu vstupů a výstupů nabízí. Jeho velmi rychlá interní sběrnice je synchronizována s distribuovanými hodinami sítě EtherCAT a výsledkem jsou deterministické operace vstupů a výstupů na systémové úrovni.
- Skvěle se hodí k řídicím jednotkám automatizace strojů Sysmac a PLC řady CJ2
- Synchronní aktualizace vstupů a výstupů na systémové úrovni s chvěním menším než 1 µs prostřednictvím sítě EtherCAT
- Vysoká hustota: až 16 digitálních nebo 8 analogových signálů v šířce 12 mm
- Odnímatelné svorkovnice pro snadnou montáž a testování systému

Sítě
Pro řadu jednotek pro řízení strojů Sysmac NJ jsme jako řídicí síť zvolili EtherCAT. Výhoda standardních ethernetových kabelů v kombinaci s extrémně rychlou výměnou dat za provozu dala vzniknout nové architektuře pro řízení strojů. Výsledná otevřenost, modularita a determinismus jsou v současné automatizaci strojů klíčovými prvky.
- Použití otevřených standardů pro programování a sítě zajišťuje podporu zaměnitelnosti a interoperability s externími systémy
- Modulární struktura umožňuje flexibilitu při konfiguraci systému a rychlé přizpůsobení se požadavkům koncového uživatele
- Determinismus je potřebný k udržení kontroly nad strojem při zvýšení výkonu a přesnosti
EtherNet/IP využívá protokol CIP na standardní infrastruktuře Ethernet pro zajištění efektivní a zároveň spolehlivé výměny dat. Sběrnicovým couplerem EtherNet/IP je možné připojit systém I/O řady NX – včetně řízení bezpečnosti – k PLC řady CJ/CS.
Sběrnicový coupler ProfiNet umožňuje platformě NX I/O širší škálu možných architektur a tím rozšiřuje její možnosti.
Performance
Protože se každá sada vstupů a výstupů řady NX v EtherCAT coupleru počítá jako jediný uzel sítě EtherCAT, počet instalovaných jednotek vstupů a výstupů téměř nemá vliv na celkový výkon sítě. Zachování minimálního počtu uzlů EtherCAT pomůže udržet obnovovací doby cyklu pohybových os v síti EtherCAT na minimální možné úrovni i při vysokém počtu vstupních a výstupních operací. Navíc lokální porucha nebo poškození jednotky vstupů a výstupů neovlivní jiné připojené uzly EtherCAT. Interní sběrnice řady NX je plně synchronizována s distribuovanými hodinami v síti EtherCAT. To zajišťuje přesné načasování všech vstupních i výstupních jednotek v řídicím systému v rámci 1 μs všude, kde jsou tyto jednotky namontovány.
Design
Při návrhu řady NX jsme použili naše zkušenosti s distribuovanými systémy vstupů a výstupů v kombinaci se zpětnou vazbou od zákazníků.
- Jednotky jsou kompaktní, mají standardní šířku 12 mm na jednotku, ale nabízejí až 16 kanálů na jednotku
- Přední konektory jsou vybaveny zásuvnými svorkami pro zapojení bez nářadí pomocí 8mm dutinek pro vodič do průřezu 1,5 mm2
- Odnímatelné svorkovnice umožňují předběžné zapojení a bezpečné postupné testování
- Odpovídající štítky na jednotce i konektoru snižují pravděpodobnost nesprávného sestavení
- Nesprávnému zapojení lze mechanicky zabránit vložením 6 klíčů do svorkovnice i do jednotky
Digital I/O Units
Řada NX umožňuje kombinovat ekonomické standardní jednotky vstupů a výstupů s vysokorychlostními synchronními modely. Standardní digitální vstupy a výstupy mají 16 připojení k jednotce s výběrem:
- 3vodičového připojení senzoru s napájením (4kanálové jednotky)
- 2vodičových kontaktních vstupů nebo akčních výstupů (8kanálové jednotky)
- 1vodičového připojení senzorů a akčních členů, které jsou již připojeny ke společnému zdroji napájení (16kanálové jednotky)
Všechny vysokorychlostní jednotky vstupů a výstupů používají 3vodičové připojení a mají méně než 300ns dobu odezvy na zapnutí či vypnutí. Pomocí distribuovaných hodin v síti EtherCAT lze všechny vstupy blokovat a výstupy mohou být ovládány synchronně s chvěním menším než 1 µs.
Ještě větší kontrolu nad přesným časováním vstupů a výstupů umožňují vstupy s funkcí časového razítka, díky kterým zjistíte přesný čas převodu jednotlivých signálů. A stejně tak lze veškeré výstupy časových razítek kdekoliv v síti EtherCAT nezávisle kontrolovat s přesností na mikrosekundy.
Analog I/O Units
Vstupní signály z analogových senzorů, 4–20mA vysílače, termočlánky nebo odporové teploměry lze snadno připojit a používat pro sledování, protokolování dat, sledování trendů nebo regulaci PID. Analogové jednotky jsou nabízeny s časy vzorkování až 10 μs na jeden kanál a s vysokým rozlišením (1:30 000). Mezi standardní funkce patří vestavěné filtrování, vyrovnávání odchylek, detekce přerušených vodičů a přetížení. Uživatel může vybrat z 12 různých charakteristik termočlánků, stupňů °C/°F a rozlišení označení až na 0,01 stupně. Řada NX s až osmi vstupy při šířce pouhých 12 mm patří v současnosti mezi nejkompaktnější moduly na trhu.
High-speed analog input unit
Při využití vysokorychlostní analogové vstupní jednotky lze u analogových signálů použít vzorkovací frekvenci až 5 µs. Rychlé měření analogových signálů umožňuje dokonalejší kontrolu kvality nebo vibrační analýzu pro prediktivní údržbu. Vzniká tak možnost zvýšení kvality a dostupnosti strojů, což následně přináší lepší hodnotu celkové efektivity vybavení (OEE). Tato jednotka dokáže odečítat až 4 různé signály současně při zachování hodnoty 5 µs i v případě využití všech 4 kanálů. Izolace kanálů zamezuje vzniku zkreslení mezi jednotlivými kanály.
Position I/O Units
Lze připojit různé typy signálů n-kodéru, od inkrementálních n-kodérů po synchronní sériové (SSI) n-kodéry. Možnost synchronizace údajů o poloze pomocí distribuovaných hodin v síti EtherCAT znamená, že n-kodér lze použít jako osy pohybu pro ozubení nebo sledování. Pulzní výstupy až do 500 kHz lze použít pro diskrétní řízení nebo polohování, a pokud jsou použity s jednotkou pro řízení strojů Sysmac NJ, lze je rovněž mapovat jako osy pohybu.
IO-Link Master Unit
IO-Link umožňuje komunikaci až na úrovni senzorů
- Dokáže zkrátit prostoje strojů.
- Detekce abnormalit pro co nejrychlejší obnovení provozu.
- Sledování podmínek pro účely prediktivní údržby.
- Individuální identifikace snižující počet pracovních hodin.
- Hlavní jednotka řady NX s pružnými svorkami nebo řada GX s krytím IP67 pro vlhká či prašná prostředí
- K jedné hlavní jednotce IO-Link řady NX lze připojit až 4 senzory.
- K dispozici jsou senzory přiblížení a fotoelektrické senzory.
Integrovaná bezpečnost
Bezpečnostní řídicí jednotky a bezpečnostní vstupní a výstupní jednotky lze přidat do libovolné stanice vstupů a výstupů EtherCAT řady NX, a plně tak integrovat bezpečnostní i standardní řízení v jedné síti. Řada NX splňuje všechny bezpečnostní úrovně výkonnosti od PL a po PL e. Protože lze použít všechny standardní řídicí jednotky řady NJ (V1.06 a vyšší) a sběrnicové couplery řady NX (V1.1 a vyšší), lze standardní řízení i bezpečnost rozšiřovat nezávisle.
